LottoStar has joined forces with radio partners, Kfm94.5, for the amazing Your Month of Millions competition. You could win a share of R1 Million in cash, daily, for you and Gift of the Givers. The competition will run from 18 October to 5 November 2021.

Who is Gift of the Givers?

The Gift of the Givers Foundation is the largest disaster response organization on the African continent. Since its inception in 1992, the organization has been responsible for the delivery of life-saving goods and on-the-ground support for countless people.

Gift of the Givers is backing the global fight against hunger, they aim to contribute in the quest to save the lives of the starving and undernourished – human or animal. They work tirelessly to ensure those in need are free from hunger.

This week's contributions from the competition will go towards Food Security. They focus on interventions across the following areas:

• Establishment of vegetable gardens in identified underprivileged areas, especially schools.
• Roll-out of food parcels in rural areas. These provisions can sustain a family of five for one month.
• At their various centres, they prepare and serve hot meals. In addition to this, they also support feeding schemes through the provision of thousands of meals daily.
• Furthermore, Gift of the Givers receives multiple calls from hospital and clinic staff where many of their patients suffer from TB. Nor are they only fighting their illnesses they are fighting hunger as well.
