  1. General

      1. All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any bonus and/or promotion must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions in order to be eligible to receive the bonus or the promotion.
      2. LottoStar reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time, with/without notice to Players, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight.
      3. LottoStar reserves the right in its sole discretion to choose how, when and to who bonuses and/or promotions are allocated.
      4. In the event that LottoStar believes that a Player is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith, then LottoStar may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from the Player any bonus or promotion, or rescind any bonus with respect to the Player, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate and/or block the Player’s access to LottoStar’s services and products without being under any obligation to pay the Player any amount (including winnings generated from the use of such promotion, bonus or special offer).
      5. In the event of subsequent errors or omissions in promotional material, bonuses or any special offers, LottoStar reserves the right to withdraw, adjust and/or correct any and all errors and omissions.
      6. LottoStar reserves the right to prevent persons from registering, logging in or depositing from certain jurisdictions or from participating and being eligible for any or all promotions and bonuses, at LottoStar’s sole discretion.
      7. Promotions are only valid as advertised and/or legitimately authorised by LottoStar for the time period specified in each particular Promotion. Not all Promotions are active at all times.
      8. Any bonus and/or promotion must be accepted and utilised within the specified time frame of each bonus and/or promotion.
      9. The provisions of this clause apply to all kinds of bonuses, promotions and benefits granted to a Player in excess of the actual deposit made by the Player.
      10. Any bonus and/or promotion received must be used within the timeframe allocated to such bonus and/or promotion, failing which such bonus and/or promotion will expire. LottoStar will withdraw any part of the bonus and/promotion not used within the timeframe specified and the Player will not be entitled to such part of the bonus and/or promotion not used, if any.
      11. The Player agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any bonus offer or competition offered by LottoStar. LottoStar reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of any bonus offer or competition at any stage and at its absolute discretion, whether or not the Player has already taken any action as a result of a bonus offer or competition, including depositing money to their account or placing bets. The Player warrants that they will not take any action that could be construed as bonus offer or competition abuse, in particular to gain any financial advantage not specifically intended by LottoStar.
      12. All information sent in correspondence (through email, SMS, upon acceptance or otherwise) related to a bonus and/or promotion must be adhered to by the Player.
      13. Every LottoStar Player participating in any bonus and/or promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged, understood and accepted all terms and condition by virtue of their participation and or acceptance of any bonus and/or promotion.
      14. Promotions do not apply to suspended or deactivated accounts. Anyone who has a suspended or deactivated account is not eligible to participate in any promotions offered by LottoStar.
      15. Players participate entirely at their own risk. By participating in any promotion, the Player gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless LottoStar, its directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in any promotion and related events and activities.
      16. LottoStar, its directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any promotion nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than LottoStar itself.
      17. A valid and active LottoStar account is the minimum requirement for any bonus/promotion to be potentially applicable.
      18. Any reference to “Playthrough” means the requirement to bet a certain amount of money before a player can benefit from a bonus or promotional offer. The minimum amount required is dependent on the bonus or promotion offered.
      19. Any violation or attempt to violate any of LottoStar's Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
      20. LottoStar may disqualify a transgressor for entry into any other LottoStar Competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by LottoStar Management. Furthermore, LottoStar may in its sole discretion deactivate any player account of a transgressor.
      21. These general terms are applicable to all specific promotions that may be active from time to time.

  2. The Reel Jackpot Race™

      1. The Reel Jackpot Race™ rules, minimum qualifying bet price and applicable games for participation can be found here and the Player accepts that they are specifically bound thereby. The Reel Jackpot Race™ is only available on the communicated Habanero games.
      2. By participating in The Reel Jackpot Race™, Players undertake and accept to comply with all of the Game Rules of each particular Reel Rush event and the How to Play section available in each participating Reel Rush event.
      3. LottoStar reserves the right to discontinue or to alter the Jackpot Race™ or any formats, in its sole discretion, without providing any prior notice and/or reasons.

  3. Deposit Bonus

      1. Deposit Bonuses are limited to the first deposit made during the promotion period. Deposit Bonuses must be accepted and a deposit made within the specified timeframe for the Deposit Bonus to apply.
      2. LottoStar may allocate Deposit Bonuses in its own discretion to Players. The percentage awarded remains the discretion of LottoStar.
      3. A maximum deposit of R10 000 applies, unless otherwise stated.
      4. Deposit Bonuses are subject to a 1 (one) times Playthrough of the deposited amount in order to achieve the bonus. This Playthrough must be completed within the specified timeframe of the Deposit Bonus.
      5. Players will have access to a Status Bar to determine how much of the Playthrough requirement has been achieved.
      6. Deposit Bonuses may only be valid on the game/s specified, as communicated. Players cannot achieve the Playthrough requirement on any of the following games: Aviator, Moonshine, Evolution and Ezugi: Roulette (all types), Kino and the following Arcade Games: Crash X, CrashX Football Edition, Limbo Rider, Dice Twice, Maverick and Maverick X.
      7. In the event that the 1 (one) times Playthrough is not achieved within the allocated timeframe, the Player accepts that they will forfeit any reward or accumulation thereof.
      8. Should a Player proceed to withdraw prior to completing and/or meeting the Playthrough requirements, the Player accepts that they will be forfeiting any reward value accumulated prior to such withdrawal.
      9. Once all terms stipulated under this Deposit Bonus have been met, the Bonus achieved must be claimed in order to be allocated as Promo Credits. Promo Credits expire within 48 hours from the allocation thereof, unless otherwise stated. All Promo Credits Terms and Conditions apply.

  4. Promo Credits

      1. Promo Credits are only valid for the time specified in each promotion. Promo Credits automatically expire after their validity period has lapsed.
      2. LottoStar reserves the right in its sole discretion to choose how, when and to whom Promo Credits are awarded.
      3. LottoStar may allocate Promo Credits in its own discretion to Players. The value of Promo Credits awarded remains the discretion of LottoStar.
      4. Promo Credits may be subject to minimum qualifying bet amounts as communicated by LottoStar.
      5. Players must have a R0.00 value in play credits and vouchers in order to place bets with their Promo Credits.
      6. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, LottoStar reserves the right to remove all Promo Credits that are not used after a 30-day period from the date of redemption, if such promotional credits have not otherwise expired.
      7. Promotions and Promo Credits are not transferable between players.
      8. Promotions and Promo Credits are not redeemable for cash. Under no circumstances will a Player be able to withdraw Promo Credits from their Player account.
      9. Promo Credits can be viewed in the top navigation bar on desktop and in the side navigation bar on mobile.
      10. LottoStar reserves the right to void, cancel any promo credits if it believes that Promo Credits have been abused and/or where the terms and conditions have not been fulfilled, or any irregular betting patterns have been identified.

  5. Vouchers

      1. LottoStar reserves the right to remove all vouchers that are not used after a 30-day period from the date of redemption.
      2. Vouchers are not transferable between Players.
      3. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can therefore not be withdrawn.
      4. Vouchers are game specific and are not permitted to be used on other games.
      5. Where a voucher is issued as an attachment to a cash deposit, the said voucher will be forfeited if this amount is withdrawn.
      6. LottoStar reserves the right to void any vouchers at any time for any reason and is not obliged to give any reasons for doing so.

      * All ScratchCards and Lotteries free bets follow the same terms and conditions as outlined in the voucher section above.

  6. Freebies and Free Bets/Credits

      1. All Freebies and Free Bets/Credits must be accepted within the specified time period communicated, for them to be allocated to the Player account.
      2. All Freebies and Free Bets/Credits that are allocated to a Player account, will only be valid for a period of twenty four (24) hours (unless stated otherwise) before they will expire.
      3. Winnings (if any) from Freebies and Free Bets/Credits are allocated as Play Credits.
      4. Freebies and Free Bets/Credits are used before Play Credits and Promo Credits.
      5. Free Bets/Credits are game specific and will only be available on the games as communicated.
      6. Free Bets/Credits are allocated to selected players at the sole discretion of LottoStar.
      7. Freebies and Free Bets/Credits may not be withdrawn.
      8. LottoStar reserves the right to cancel or void any Freebies and Free Bets/Credits at anytime, without prior notice to the Player.

  7. Free Spins/Money

      1. Free Spins/Money is allocated at the sole discretion of LottoStar.
      2. Free Spins/Money is subject to expire as stipulated/communicated.
      3. Free Spins/Money are available on the Habanero Reel Rush games specifically determined by LottoStar and game restrictions apply. Free Spins/Money may be restricted to single games as communicated by LottoStar.
      4. All allocated Free Spins/Money must be completed/played through prior to winnings (if any) being credited as Play Credits to your LottoStar Account. Should the Free Spins/Money not be used prior to the communicated expiry date and time of such Free Spins/Money, winnings and remaining Free Spins/Money (if any) will be forfeited.
      5. Winnings from Free Spins/Money is subject to a maximum winning cap as communicated. If a Player achieves the maximum winning cap, any remaining Free Spins/Money will automatically expire.
      6. The Free Spins/Money value allocated is not withdrawable and cannot be redeemed for Play Credits.
      7. Free Spins/Money may be subject to minimum qualifying bet amounts as communicated by LottoStar.
      8. Free Spins/Money are subject to play through requirements as stipulated/communicated.
      9. Free Spins/Money does not apply to suspended or deactivated accounts. Anyone who has a suspended or deactivated account is not eligible to participate in Free Spins/Money.
      10. Every LottoStar Player participating in Free Spins/Money shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted all terms and condition by virtue of their participation and or acceptance of any Free Spins/Money.
      11. LottoStar reserves the right to void, cancel and/or withhold any Free Spins/Money winnings if it believes that the Free Spins/Money have been abused and/or where the terms and conditions have not been fulfilled, or any irregular betting patterns have been identified.

  8. Habanero Reel Rush Deposit Bonus

      1. Players must accept the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus, successfully deposit, playthrough their deposited amount (subject to the maximum deposit value applicable), claim their Reel Rush Free Money and achieve the ten times playthrough of the Reel Rush Free Money within the timeframe communicated. In the event that a Player does not achieve this in the timeframe communicated, the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus will be forfeited.
      2. The Reel Rush Deposit Bonus is limited to the first successful deposit made during the promotion period.
      3. The Ruby and 1x2 Network Gaming games are specifically excluded from the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus and only qualifying Habanero Reel Rush games apply.
      4. In the event that a Player clicks “no thanks” when prompted to accept the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus, such offer is deemed to be finally rejected and cannot be reversed and/or retrieved.
      5. The deposit amount Playthrough is only valid on the game/s specified, as communicated. For the avoidance of doubt, the following games are specifically excluded in respect to the deposit amount Playthrough requirement: Aviator, Moonshine, Evolution and Ezugi: Roulette (all types), Kino and the following Arcade Games: Crash X, CrashX Football Edition, Limbo Rider, Dice Twice, Maverick & Maverick X.
      6. LottoStar may allocate Reel Rush Deposit Bonuses in its own discretion to Players. The percentage awarded remains the discretion of LottoStar.
      7. A maximum deposit of R2 000 applies, unless otherwise stated.
      8. The Reel Rush Deposit Bonus is subject to a 1 (one) times play through of the deposited amount (“Deposit Playthrough”). The Deposit Playthrough must be completed within the specified timeframe communicated.
      9. In the event that the Deposit Playthrough is not completed within the allocated timeframe, the Player accepts that they will forfeit any reward or accumulation thereof.
      10. Players will have access to a Status Bar under the “Rewards” section of their Player Account to determine how much of the Deposit Playthrough requirement has been achieved.
      11. Once a Player has met the Deposit Playthrough requirement, they must claim their Reel Rush Free Money reward. Free Money may only be used on the Habanero Reel Rush events only.
      12. The Free Money value allocated is not withdraw-able and cannot be redeemed for Play Credits.
      13. The Free Money value is subject to ten (10) times Playthrough (“Free Money Play Through”).
      14. Winnings from Free Money is subject to a maximum winning cap as communicated. If a Player achieves the maximum winning cap, any remaining Free Money will automatically expire and winnings will be allocated as Play Credits.
      15. Winnings from Free Money bets will accumulate in the Players Free Money Balance and will only be credited as Play Credits once/if the Reel Rush Free Money Playthrough has been achieved.
      16. If the Player’s Reel Rush Free Money is exhausted prior to achieving the Reel Rush Free Money Playthrough, the Player acknowledges and agrees that no winnings will be credited.
      17. In the event that the Reel Rush Free Money Playthrough is not completed within the allocated timeframe, the Player accepts that they will forfeit any reward or accumulation thereof.
      18. Should a Player proceed to withdraw prior to completing and/or meeting the Deposit Playthrough requirement, the Player accepts that the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus will be forfeited.
      19. LottoStar reserves the right to void, cancel and/or withhold any Free Money winnings if it believes that the Reel Rush Deposit Bonus has been abused in any manner and/or where the terms and conditions have not been fulfilled, or any irregular betting patterns have been identified.

  9. Habanero Reel Rush Tournament Rules

      1. These terms and conditions will apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of LottoStar.
      2. Tournaments are only available on the Habanero Reel Rush games.
      3. LottoStar will run Tournaments from time to time. It shall remain the sole discretion of LottoStar to determine how and when these Tournaments may be held.
      4. The Ruby and 1x2 Network Gaming games are specifically excluded from the Reel Rush Tournament and only qualifying Reel Rush games apply.
      5. Free bets will not constitute a bet for purposes of the Tournament, it is the Player’s responsibility to bet in accordance with the betting requirements.
      6. The duration of the Tournaments may differ from tournament to Tournament.
      7. No minimum qualifying bet value applies.
      8. Ranking and qualifying criteria: the total win amount per round adjusted to the bet – (total win/bet)*10. E.g. Total win – R100, bet – R1, total points = (100/1) * 10 = 1000 points.
      9. The number of ranked Players that will be awarded and the value of each win amount per ranking shall be determined by LottoStar in its sole discretion and will be published on LottoStar’s website.
      10. Tournament winnings, where applicable, will be allocated as Play Credits to a Player’s account.
      11. LottoStar reserves the right to discontinue or to alter Tournaments in its sole discretion without providing reasons, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight. In addition, LottoStar may in its sole discretion decide about the validity of a bet or a Player's entitlement to Tournament winnings.

  10. Star Rewards

      1. Players will be awarded Star Rewards for all bets placed using their Play Credits balance, provided that the minimum bet placement value has been complied with. Bets placed using Promo Credits, Vouchers, Freebies, Free Money and Free Spins shall not be considered for the accumulation of Star Rewards.
      2. Star Rewards will be rewarded on a daily basis and a Player’s accrued Star Rewards will be allocated under the Player’s Rewards tab. The Rewards tab shall update by 08H00 in respect to the Star Rewards accrued for bets placed during the previous Day. For the avoidance of doubt, reference to "Day" means a calendar day, being a period of 24 hours from midnight to midnight.
      3. A minimum bet placement value of R100 per Day applies in respect to the accumulation and allocation of Star Rewards. Only if a Player achieves the minimum bet placement value of R100 will Star Rewards be allocated and visible under a Player’s Rewards tab. For the avoidance of doubt, no bets for a particular Day that are less than R100 will accumulate any Star Rewards. Furthermore the minimum bet placement value of R100 may be bet across various bets (i.e. cumulative) and does not need to be a singe bet value of R100.
      4. The manner in which Star Rewards are calculated and the proportion allocated is and shall remain in the sole discretion of LottoStar.
      5. In order for a Player to convert their Star Rewards to Play Credits, a Player will have to activate their Star Rewards. Star Rewards may not be activated in portions and the total accumulated value must be activated.
      6. Once a Player has activated their Star Rewards they will automatically be converted to Play Credits and cannot be converted back to Star Rewards.
      7. A maximum limit of R100 000 Star Rewards may be activated per calendar month.
      8. In the event of any abuse of Star Rewards, LottoStar reserves the right to adjust a Player’s Star rewards balance or Play Credit Balance and/or deactivate a Player’s account.
      9. Star Rewards are not transferrable.
      10. LottoStar reserves the right to discontinue or to alter the Star Rewards in its sole discretion without providing reasons, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight. In addition, LottoStar may in its discretion decide about the validity of a bet or a Player's entitlement to Star Rewards.

  11. 100% Registration Deposit Bonus

      1. The 100% Registration Deposit Bonus (“the Registration Bonus”) is not an ongoing promotion and may be activated by LottoStar for whatsoever duration in its sole discretion. The Registration Bonus can be activated or discontinued in LottoStar’s sole discretion without providing reasons, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight.
      2. When active, the Registration Bonus is available to individuals that validly register a new account on LottoStar and deposit in accordance with the criteria communicated.
      3. The Registration Bonus is limited to the first deposit made during the promotion period communicated. The Registration Bonus must be accepted and a deposit made within the specified timeframe for the Registration Bonus to apply.
      4. The Registration Bonus is subject to a 1 (one) times playthrough (“Playthrough”) of the deposited amount in order to achieve the bonus. This Playthrough must be completed within the specified timeframe of the Registration Bonus.
      5. Players will have access to a Status Bar to determine how much of the Playthrough requirement has been achieved.
      6. The Registration Bonus may only be valid on certain game/s specified, as communicated. Players cannot achieve the Playthrough requirement on any of the following games: Aviator, Moonshine, Evolution and Ezugi: Roulette (all types), Kino and the following Arcade Games: Crash X, CrashX Football Edition, Limbo Rider, Dice Twice, Maverick & Maverick X.
      7. Players must accept, deposit, Playthrough and claim within 24 hours.
      8. LottoStar may allocate the Registration Bonus in its own discretion to Players. The percentage awarded remains the discretion of LottoStar.
      9. A maximum deposit of R5 000 applies, unless otherwise stated.
      10. In the event that the 1 (one) times Playthrough is not achieved within the allocated timeframe, the Player accepts that they will forfeit any reward or accumulation thereof.
      11. Should a Player proceed to withdraw prior to completing and/or meeting the Playthrough requirements, the Player accepts that they will be forfeiting any reward value accumulated prior to such withdrawal.
      12. Once all terms stipulated under this Registration Bonus have been met, the Bonus achieved must be claimed in order to be allocated as Promo Credits. Promo Credits expire within 72 hours from the allocation thereof, unless otherwise stated. All Promo Credits Terms and Conditions apply.
      13. LottoStar may in its discretion decide about the validity of a bet or a Player's entitlement to the Registration Bonus.

  12. R25 Registration Bonus

      1. The R25 Registration Bonus is not an ongoing promotion and may be activated by LottoStar for whatsoever duration LottoStar deems fit in its sole discretion. The R25 Registration Bonus can be activated, suspended, discontinued or altered in LottoStar’s sole discretion without providing reasons, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight.
      2. When active, the R25 Registration Bonus is only available to individuals that validly register, verify their new account and accept the R25 Registration Bonus on LottoStar. The R25 Registration Bonus must be accepted for the R25 Registration Bonus to apply.
      3. The R25 Registration Bonus is only applicable to new registrations from the date of activation of the R25 Registration Bonus as determined by LottoStar.
      4. The R25 Registration Bonus is limited to R25 only and no concessions will be applied.
      5. The Registration Bonus will be credited as Promo Credits and all Promo Credits Terms and Conditions apply.
      6. Players will have 48 hours to accept the R25 Registration Bonus. Once the R25 Registration Bonus has been accepted, Players must use their Promo Credits in terms of this R25 Registration Bonus within 48 hours.
      7. If the R25 Registration Bonus Promo Credits (or any portion thereof) has not been used within the 48 hour time period specified, such promo credits will expire and be forfeited.
      8. Should a Player reject the R25 Registration Bonus , the Player accepts that they will be forfeiting this and such decision shall be accepted as final.
      9. Winnings, if any, from the Promo Credits used will be allocated as Play Credits.
      10. LottoStar may allocate the R25 Registration Bonus in its own discretion to Players.
      11. LottoStar may in its discretion decide about the validity of a Player's entitlement to the R25 Registration Bonus and this may be revoked at any time.
      12. LottoStar reserves the right to void, cancel and/or withhold the R25 Registration Bonus winnings if it believes that the R25 Registration Bonus has been abused and/or where any Terms and Conditions have not been fulfilled, or any irregular betting patterns have been identified.
      13. The R25 Registration Bonus is not withdrawable and LottoStar’s minimum withdrawal limit as well as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act requirements apply prior to being eligible to withdraw.
      14. Only one account per Player applies.
      15. Every LottoStar account holder participating in the R25 Registration Bonus shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the all Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation or use thereof.

  13. Prize Drop Rules

      1. LottoStar will be running Prize Drop promotions from time to time. It shall remain the sole discretion of LottoStar to determine how and when these Prize Drop promotions may be held.
      2. Prize Drops will be allocated at random to Players who are, at the time that the drops occur, actively placing bets on any Reel Rush or Reel Rush Privé events. Ruby and 1x2 Network Gaming games are specifically excluded.
      3. The number of Players that will be awarded Prize Drops and the value allocated is indicated on the specific Prize Drop page from time to time.
      4. No minimum qualifying bet amount applies.
      5. Prize Drops, where applicable, will be allocated as Play Credits to a Player’s account.
      6. LottoStar reserves the right to discontinue or to alter Prize Drops in its sole discretion without providing reasons, regardless of whether advertising material continues to flight. In addition, LottoStar may in its discretion decide about the validity of a bet or a Player's entitlement to Prize Drops.

  14. Social Media Competitions

      1. Only one entry per person is permitted, where there are multiple entries only one will be counted.
      2. Competitions last 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

The Player warrants that they have read, understood, accepted and will comply with all of LottoStar's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.
