So, you have won big and you are now ready to cash out your winnings. At LottoStar, we pride ourselves on a withdrawal process that is simple, quick and secure. Therefore, we would like to take you through our highly efficient withdrawal process.

HOW TO WITHDRAW

To withdraw your winnings, please follow the easy steps below:

•Log into your LottoStar account

•Hover over your initials, click “My Account” and “Withdraw”

•Select your preferred withdrawal method

•Populate the amount that you would like to withdrawal and click “Submit”

For your withdrawal to be successful, the following documents will need to be submitted and approved by FICA standards:

•ID or Passport

•Proof of address (not older than three months)

•Bank statements or bank notification letter (not older than three months)

WITHDRAWAL WAITING TIME

Withdrawals are processed every weekday morning, at 7 AM. Any requests thereafter will be processed the following weekday morning. The pin for FNB e-wallet, CashSend or Instant Money will be sent to you during the day which the withdrawal was processed.

Winnings are paid out via an FNB account, so if you use any other bank it may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account if you chose to be paid out via EFT.

Players can only withdraw Play credits via FNB e-wallet, Absa CashSend, EFT, or Instant Money from Standard Bank.

When requesting a withdrawal, please make sure all your pertinent information and documents are up to date for the process to go as seamlessly as possible so that you can enjoy your winnings.
