Can you believe that Deal or No Deal has already aired 100 episodes?

In honour of this milestone, celebrities such as Zoe Brown, Simphiwe Majozi, The Funny Chef, Wiseman Mncube and Holly Rey will be battling it out with the banker, in an effort to raise funds for various charity organizations that are close to their hearts.

Presenter Zoe Brown graced our screens and raised R26,250 for Heartlands Baby Sanctuary, a temporary place of safety for children from birth to 6 years old, who have been abandoned, neglected, orphaned, disabled or sick. The funds went towards the day-to-day supplies that the facility would need.

The next day, Uzalo actor Simphiwe Majola won an incredible R15,150 for Eve Youth Development Organization, an NPO aimed at developing the skills of the youth of Umlazi by providing mentorship and skills development.

The Funny Chef won a whopping R250,000 for Rhema Children’s Village, an organization that is close to her heart.

Uzalo actor, Wiseman Mncube also took to the hot seat and raised R15,600 for Buhle Bemfundo crèche.

To wrap up the week, Holly Rae raised R30,000 for Diabetes South Africa, an organization dedicated to empowering those with diabetes through support and education about the disease.
