At LottoStar, our commitment to empowering communities is not an obligation but a privilege. As such, we contributed a new kitchen for the Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) to be presented to Sibelius High School.
The donation of a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen is a step closer to alleviating hunger among school children.
Hunger among school children is a widespread problem that affects their well-being and ability to learn. Many children across the country go to school with empty stomachs, which affects their concentration and academic performance.
PSFA provides nutritious meals to help schoolchildren reach their full potential by improving school attendance and reducing hunger-related distractions.
The new kitchen at Sibelius High School will enable them to provide nourishing meals, ensuring that hunger is no longer a barrier to learning. This is the 132nd kitchen that PSFA has handed over to a school in its 65 years of operation.
PSFA runs a number of programs where individuals and organizations can get involved in eradicating hunger among school children. To donate, click here.
